The Amaranth Vanilla Chocolate Bar is a Smithsonian Bird Friendly Certified dark chocolate made with unroasted cacao from Reserva Zorzal, a 1,019-acre sanctuary for the Bicknell's Thrush in the Dominican Republic. Puffed amaranth seeds lend a light, crispy texture and nutty flavor to vanilla bean-infused chocolate with fruity notes.

Ingredients & flavor: Unroasted dark chocolate infused with vanilla bean, folded with puffed amaranth for a nostalgic crispy bite and nutty, fruity finish.
