Made with single-origin cacao from Zorzal Cacao, a farm and fermentary within a bird sanctuary in the Dominican Republic, and finished with Peruvian pink salt from ancient mines near Cusco.

Single-origin unroasted cacao sourced from Zorzal Cacao, a working bird sanctuary in the Dominican Republic that protects forest habitat while producing ethically traded cacao beans with a deep, fruity flavor profile.
