This shrub is bottled up sweetness of one of summer's first fruits - the fleeting and earthy apricot. Based on a colonial recipe to preserve fruit juice, this is a delightful celebration of orchard flavors. Perfect for spiking those bubbles at brunch, taking your iced tea to new heights, or a sunny spritz (try mixing Apricot Shrub, sparkling water, a splash of lemon and fresh mint).

We recommend ½-1oz shrub to 8oz sparkling water for a refreshing tonic, or spice it up with a splash of liquor using our cocktail formula below:

• ½-1oz Shrub
• 1-1½oz Spirit
• Shake with ice
• Top with sparkling water
• Aqueeze of citrus
• Dash of bitters
