Black Lime & Chili Salt is a vibrant finishing salt for cooks who want bright citrus, gentle heat, and pure mineral-rich crystals in one blend. Hand-made in partnership with Syracuse Salt Co., a father-daughter team who evaporate natural brine from an underground aquifer, this seasoning combines black lime with Black Urfa, Silk, and Cobanero chilis for a savory, tart, spicy sprinkle.

Ingredients: Natural salt crystals, black lime, Black Urfa Chili, Silk Chili, and Cobanero Chili—creating layers of smokiness, fruitiness, and slow-building heat.
Size: 2.8 oz glass jar, enough for dozens of meals.
Sourcing: Salt evaporated from an underground aquifer by Syracuse Salt Co., then hand-blended with spices by Burlap & Barrel.
