RIch, hearty, brothy, and bold. California grown from Italian seed. Limited production.
Grown on the West Coast, it's very similar to Ojo de Cabra but not exactly the same so we're calling this one Occhio della Capra. Still thin-skinned, rich, and hearty, this is a winner. Remember that CH is a hard K sound in Italian, so you'd say Oak-Yo for Occhio, but we will only pay a little attention and no judging!
