Rancho Gordo Royal Corona Beans are enormous, thick-skinned runner beans with a surprisingly creamy interior, ideal for home cooks who value heirloom varieties and pantry staples that work across multiple cuisines. Hand-harvested in Poland from seed stock originally bred in Italy, these giant white legumes trace their ancestry to Mesoamerica.
